| 3 | | on page 1, immediately below line 6, by inserting the |

| 5 | | ""School official" means a school's principal or his or her |
| 6 | | designee."; and
|
| 7 | | on page 2, line 16, by replacing "Section" with "Act"; and
|
| 8 | | by replacing line 22 on page 2 through line 1 on page 3 with the |
| 9 | | following:
|
| 10 | | "(4) so incites students as to commit an unlawful act, |
| 11 | | to violate policies of the school district, or to |
| 12 | | materially and substantially disrupt the orderly operation |
| 13 | | of the school.".
