Provides that the prohibition on carrying a concealed firearm into a courthouse does not apply to a licensee who is a circuit or associate judge, State's Attorney, or Assistant State's Attorney, with the consent of the State's Attorney, provided that the judge, State's Attorney, or Assistant State's Attorney does not carry a concealed firearm at any time while in a courtroom.
