<reference>20 ILCS 2310/2310-637 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires each licensed health care professional who performs a physical examination of a person 19 years of age or younger to include as part of that examination questions that evaluate the person's family history related to various cardiac conditions. Requires the Department to develop a cardiac screening professional development module in consultation with certain health care associations to be determined by the Director. Defines "licensed health care professional".</SynopsisText></synopsis>
