Provides that the primary focus of the Task Force is to identify programs that may be beneficial to young adults between the ages of 18 and 21 who are in the care of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and the secondary focus is to examine new programs and laws for those young adults between the ages of 21 and 25 who were formerly in the care of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services to ensure their continued success for independent living. Provides that the Director of Children and Family Services shall choose the 2 members who are licensed social workers who work with children in at risk groups.
