<reference>410 ILCS 4/20</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Automated External Defibrillator Act. Adds exceptions to provisions concerning requirements for individuals acquiring external defibrillators. Provides that an entity with more than 1,000 employees may develop or acquire an alternative external defibrillator training program whether or not the training is in accordance with the standards of a nationally recognized organization if the program is supervised by a person licensed to practice medicine in Illinois. Provides that train passengers and crew are not considered or deemed to be anticipated rescuers or users.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
