Provides that if a deceased person has received or may have received Medicaid assistance or assistance for the aged, blind, or persons with disabilities under the Public Aid Code, or was the surviving spouse of a person who received that assistance, the representative of the decedent's estate, or if there is no representative of the estate, the beneficiary, the personal representative, or the person in possession of property of the decedent shall give the Director of the Department of Healthcare and Family Services notice of the decedent's death not later than 90 days after the date of death.
