Provides that the operation of the Illinois Directory of New Hires is transferred from the Department of Employment Security to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services. Provides that those departments shall share data access pursuant to a data access agreement. Provides that the Legislative Reference Bureau shall reassign the New Hire Reporting Act in the Illinois Compiled Statutes to reflect the transfer to the Department of Public Health. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
