Provides that, on April 1 of each year beginning the year after the effective date of the amendatory Act, privately held public water utilities shall provide annual reports to the Illinois Commerce Commission with specified information for each district served by the utility. Provides that privately held public water utilities shall provide to the local emergency services disaster agency any reports discussing the condition of the system in each district for the previous calendar year with information relevant to public safety.
