Provides that a licensed truck stop establishment that sells at retail more than 50,000 gallons of diesel or biodiesel fuel per month may operate up to 10 video gaming terminals on its premises at any time. Provides that all other licensed truck stop establishments may operate no more than 5 video gaming terminals.
