<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>50 ILCS 705/10.6 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Law Enforcement Agency Report of Officer Firearm Discharge Act. Provides that each law enforcement agency shall report to the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board any time a law enforcement officer discharges his or her firearm within 7 days of the officer submitting his or her report to the law enforcement agency indicating that the officer discharged his or her service firearm in the performance of the officer's official duties. Amends the Illinois Police Training Act. Provides that the Executive Director of the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board shall submit semi-annual reports to the Governor, President and Minority Leader of the Senate, and to the Speaker and Minority Leader of the House of Representatives beginning within 6 months after the effective date of the amendatory Act, indicating the number of law enforcement officers who discharged their service firearms in the performance of their official duties.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
