Provides that after the effective date of this amendatory Act and notwithstanding any other provision of law, employees of a county or municipality, including employees subject to collective bargaining agreements, may not carry over or transfer any more than 5 vacation days, 5 personal days, and 5 sick days accrued in one calendar to the next calendar year. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code and the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act with the same changes. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
