<reference>20 ILCS 2105/2105-20 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law. Provides that a person applying for a professional license or certification who has met all State requirements for licensure or certification and who may legally work within the United States may not be denied a professional license or certification on the basis of the person's federal immigration status. Provides that if federal law prohibits the licensure or certification in a particular profession based on immigration status, a person to whom the federal law applies may not be issued a professional license or certification in this State.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
