Creates a deduction, beginning with taxable years ending on or after December 31, 2015 and ending with taxable years ending on or before December 31, 2019, in an amount equal to 5% of the first $1,000,000 of retail sales by the taxpayer during the taxable year of Illinois agricultural products certified by the Illinois Department of Agriculture under the "Illinois Product" label program.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
