Makes changes in provisions concerning definitions, leasing agent licenses, necessity of licenses, exemption from licensure, broker licenses, managing broker licenses, real estate auction certification, examinations, change of address, expiration of licenses, managing brokers licensed in other states, continuing education, compensation, legislative intent, penalties for unlicensed practice, disciplinary actions, injunctions, violations, the Real Estate Recovery Fund, the Real Estate Administration and Disciplinary Board, the Real Estate Research and Education Fund, licensing of continuing education schools, and savings provisions.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
