Provides that when a parolee or releasee is charged with the commission of a felony offense, the supervising officer shall request the Department of Corrections to issue a parole violation warrant, and the Department shall issue a parole violation warrant. Eliminates the various circumstances that must occur before the Department issues the warrant.
