<reference>225 ILCS 15/13</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 111, par. 5363</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act. Provides that the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation may contract with the Illinois Psychological Association to audit compliance with the continuing education requirements under this Section, including approving courses and verifying that licensees complete the continuing education requirements. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Committee Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the language of the introduced bill with the following change: restores language providing that the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation shall adopt rules establishing the means for verification of the completion of the continuing education requirements.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Fiscal Note, House Committee Amendment No. 1 (Financial &amp; Professional Regulation)</synopsistitle>
