<reference>110 ILCS 305/12.10 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the University of Illinois Act. Requires the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to conduct a study with regard to public elementary and secondary school buildings that have been closed within 5 years before the effective date of the amendatory Act. Requires the study to determine how many of the school buildings have remained schools, how many have been successfully redeveloped, and how many are vacant. Provides that the University shall report its findings and recommendations for facilitating successful redevelopment of these school buildings to the General Assembly.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Committee Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
