<reference>230 ILCS 40/50</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Video Gaming Act. Provides that if a licensee has not violated the Act or its rules for 3 years, then the Illinois Gaming Board may renew the license for a period of 4 years unless sooner cancelled or terminated. Provides that certain fees collected under the Act shall continue to be collected annually.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
