Allows civilian employees of the United States Armed Services or of the United States Department of Defense, serving outside of the State of Illinois, to secure vehicle registration up to 45 days after returning to this State. Provides that Illinois driver's license requirements shall not apply to civilian employees of the United States Armed Services or of the United States Department of Defense, serving outside of the continental United States, for a period of 120 days following their return to the continental limits of the United States. Allows the Secretary of State to defer the expiration of a driver's license belonging to a civilian employee of the United States Armed Forces or of the United States Department of Defense, serving outside of the State of Illinois, and 120 days thereafter, upon such terms and conditions as the Secretary may prescribe.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
