<reference>625 ILCS 5/11-306</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-306</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the duration of a steady circular yellow or arrow signal for vehicular traffic facing the signal shall be for a reasonable period of time, not less than 3.2 seconds, between the termination of the green indication and the display of the red indication.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
