<reference>620 ILCS 35/25 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Permanent Noise Monitoring Act. Provides that the Division of Aeronautics of the Illinois Department of Transportation shall provide residents of Illinois a method of submitting noise complaints concerning airports in the State to the Division of Aeronautics. Requires the Division of Aeronautics to develop and maintain a database of these noise complaints and submit a report on the contents of this database to the Governor and the General Assembly on December 31 of each year.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Floor Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Permanent Noise Monitoring Act. Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with changes. Provides that the Department of Transportation (rather than the Division of Aeronautics of the Department of Transportation) shall provide residents of this State a method of submitting noise complaints concerning airports in this State. Makes conforming changes.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
