<reference>40 ILCS 5/7-172.1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 7-172.1</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the IMRF Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that the Fund may begin enforcement action against employers who have failed to remit contributions to the Fund when the contributions are 60 (rather than 90) days overdue.
