Provides that the career and technical educator endorsement on an Educator License with Stipulations may be renewed and, for individuals who were issued the career and technical educator endorsement on an Educator License with Stipulations on or after January 1, 2015, the license may be renewed if the individual passes a test of basic skills (instead of providing that the career and technical educator endorsement on an Educator License with Stipulations may be renewed if the individual passes a test of basic skills).
