Creates the offense of tampering with police equipment. Provides that a person commits the offense when he or she knowingly damages or tampers with any police vehicle or other property or equipment of a law enforcement agency and: (1) intends to kill or cause bodily harm to another person; or (2) knows or reasonably should know that those acts create a strong probability of death or bodily harm to another person.
