<reference>105 ILCS 5/10-20.56 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>105 ILCS 5/34-18.49 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the School Code. Provides that a school board shall require its schools to either connect at-risk students with anger management classes offered in the community or conduct their own anger management classes for at-risk students. Provides that if the school board requires a school to conduct these classes, the classes do not have to be implemented until the beginning of the 2017-2018 school year.
