Makes FY15 appropriations to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, the Office of the Governor, and the State Board of Education. Effective immediately, but the Act does not take effect at all unless House Bill 318 of the 99th General Assembly becomes law.Correctional Note, House Floor Amendment No. 1 (Dept of Corrections) There are no penalty enhancements associated with this bill. The bill would have no fiscal or population impact on the Department of Corrections.Land Conveyance Appraisal Note, House Floor Amendment No. 1 (Dept. of Transportation) No land conveyances are included in this bill; therefore, there are no appraisals to be filed.
