STATE EMPLOYEES-FAIR SHARE SponsorsGovernor 2/9/2015SenateFiled with the Secretary of State Directs the Department of Central Management Services to immediately cease enforcement of fair share agreement provisions under the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act and prohibits officers, departments, agencies, boards, commissions, and authorities of the executive branch under the jurisdiction of the Governor from enforcing those provisions. Directs the Department and officers, departments, agencies, boards, commissions, and authorities of the executive branch under the jurisdiction of the Governor to place deductions under fair share agreements in an escrow account and maintain an accounting of the deductions.
