SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Kevin C. Gann of Gifford, who passed away 
4on November 13, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Kevin Gann was born in Dixon on December 2, 1965 
6to Theodore and Bonnie (nee Cannon) Gann; he graduated from 
7Dixon High School and married Christina Hesterberg on January 
810, 1987 in Gifford; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Kevin Gann worked as a warehouse worker for the 
10SuperValu grocery supply chain for 18 years; he most recently 
11worked at Pioneer Hi-Bred (now DuPont Pioneer) for the past 6 
12years; he served with the Thomasboro Volunteer Fire Department 
13for 15 years; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Kevin Gann enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, 
15cooking, making jerky, playing Rook, and spending time on the 
16Rock River; and
  
 
  
17    WHEREAS, Kevin Gann is survived by his wife, Christina; his 
184 children, Zachary, Justin, Christopher, and Carla Gann; his 
19parents; his 2 sisters, Sue (Tom) Rick and Dyan (Terry) Mowry; 
20and his brother, Mark Gann; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Kevin C. Gann, and extend our sincere condolences to his  
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
5further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to  the family of  Kevin Gann as an expression of our 
8deepest sympathy.
