SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Barbara Ann Silvestri of McHenry, who 
4passed away on June 9, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Barbara Silvestri was born in Chicago on November 
628, 1943 to Clinton and Margaret (nee Kent) Blyth; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Barbara Silvestri worked for 35 years as an 
8underwriter for Aon Insurance Company, retiring in 2003; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Barbara Silvestri enjoyed scrapbooking, 
10gardening, and playing bridge; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Barbara Silvestri was preceded in death by her 
12parents, and by her siblings, Bonnie and Clayton; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Barbara Silvestri is survived by her husband of 51 
14years, Thomas; her children, Cheryl (Thomas) Cargie, Gregory 
15(Christine) Silvestri, and Karyn Silvestri; her grandchildren, 
16Greg (Amber), Joseph (Tiffiney), Michael, Zach, Ryan, 
17Jennifer, and John; and her 3 great-grandchildren, Kylie, 
18Aubrey, and Noah; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
2Barbara Ann Silvestri, and extend our sincere condolences to 
3her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it

6presented to the family of Barbara Silvestri as an expression 
7of our deepest sympathy.
