| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of John B. Lazzaretto of Rockford, who |
| 4 | | passed away on June 6, 2014; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, John Lazzaretto was born in Centerville, Iowa; his |
| 6 | | parents were George and Marguerita (nee Cora) Lazzaretto; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, John Lazzaretto served his country as a member of |
| 8 | | the United States Army; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, John Lazzaretto was employed for Laborer's Local |
| 10 | | #152 for 33 years; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, John Lazzaretto was a member of the American |
| 12 | | Legion in Highland Park and Veterans of Foreign Wars in |
| 13 | | Highwood; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, John Lazzaretto was preceded in death by his |
| 15 | | parents; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joseph (Rosanne) |
| 16 | | Lazzaretto and Valentine (Mary) Lazzaretto; sister and |
| 17 | | brothers-in-law, Mary (Bino) DalPonte and Rose (Martin) |
| 18 | | Tagliapietra; and a brother-in-law, Angelo Maddalon; and
|
| 19 | | WHEREAS, John Lazzaretto is survived by his wife, Angie |

| 18 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 19 | | presented to the family of John Lazzaretto as an expression of |
| 20 | | our sympathy.
