| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Marjorie A. Baldoni of Crystal Lake, who |
| 4 | | passed away on May 22, 2014; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Marjorie Baldoni was born on August 16, 1914 in |
| 6 | | Morton to William and Ida (nee Moschel) Eisele; she married |
| 7 | | Andrew A. Baldoni on September 26, 1942 in Pekin; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Marjorie Baldoni worked as a secretary while her |
| 9 | | husband attended college, entered the United States Army, and |
| 10 | | went to graduate school; she enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom |
| 11 | | and raising her children; she eventually returned to work and |
| 12 | | worked for the McHenry County Title Company and the State of |
| 13 | | Illinois, from where she retired; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Marjorie Baldoni enjoyed playing bridge, golf, |
| 15 | | and traveling around the world with her husband; she was an |
| 16 | | active member of the Crystal Lake Women's Club, the Service |
| 17 | | League, the League of Women Voters, and various book clubs; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Marjorie Baldoni was preceded in death by her |
| 19 | | husband, as well as by many dear friends and relatives; and
|
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Marjorie Baldoni is survived by her 2 sons, Andrew |
