| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Charles A. Ullrich of Bristol, Wisconsin, |
| 4 | | who passed away on February 14, 2014; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Charles Ullrich was born on March 19, 1938 in |
| 6 | | Waukegan to Otto "Hub" and Josephine (nee Kische) Ullrich; he |
| 7 | | grew up in the Diamond Lake area of Mundelein; he attended |
| 8 | | Loras College and earned his law degree from Marquette |
| 9 | | University in 1963; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Charles Ullrich worked as a Lake County Assistant |
| 11 | | States Attorney before joining the law firm of John Green & |
| 12 | | Associates until his retirement; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Charles Ullrich was a dedicated fan of Marquette |
| 14 | | University basketball and the Chicago Bulls; he enjoyed playing |
| 15 | | racquetball, spending winters in the Florida Keys, and working |
| 16 | | outdoors at his home; and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Charles Ullrich was preceded in death by his |
| 18 | | parents; sister, Mary Ann Starkey; and brother, James; and
|
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Charles Ullrich is survived by his wife, Barbara |
| 20 | | (nee Yopp); sisters, Grace VanLanduyt, Rose Kinnebrew, and |
