SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Kassidy Ann Bridge of Springfield, who 
4passed away on January 9, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Kassidy Bridge was born on September 21, 1983 in 
6Bloomington; her parents were Kevin L. and Darah Kim (nee 
7Gossett) Mitchell; she married Mark Bridge on September 1, 2007 
8in Niguel, Jamaica; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Kassidy Bridge was a member of South Side 
10Christian Church; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Kassidy Bridge was a fashionista who loved to shop 
12and was well known for her great fashion sense; she also 
13enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially 
14with her husband and son; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Kassidy Bridge is survived by her husband, Mark 
16Bridge; her parents; her son, Camden Lewis Bridge; her 
17father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tom and Lori Ishmael; her 
18sister, Kisha (Andrew) Craig; her nieces and nephews, Jersey, 
19Landry, Knox, and Brynnly Kassidy Belle; and her half-sister, 
20Michelle Landreth; and

1    WHEREAS, Kassidy Bridge will be remembered fondly by all 
2who knew and loved her as a funny, generous, and beautiful 
3person whose happiness and great strength served as an 
4inspiration to all; therefore, be it
  
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
7family and friends, mourn the passing of Kassidy Ann Bridge; 
8and be it further
  
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
10presented to the family of Kassidy  Bridge as an expression of 
11our sympathy.
