| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Patricia A. Harney; and
|
| 4 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Harney worked as a customer service |
| 5 | | representative for the Bell Telephone Company for over 10
|
| 6 | | years; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Harney was admired as an excellent dancer |
| 8 | | and as a person with great style; she enjoyed playing card
|
| 9 | | games, especially pinochle, playing board games with her |
| 10 | | grandchildren, particularly
Chinese checkers, and traveling to |
| 11 | | many places throughout the country, including Naples, Florida, |
| 12 | | Las Vegas, Nevada, New York
City, and Palm Springs, California; |
| 13 | | and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Harney was the beloved wife of the late |
| 15 | | John T. "Jack" Harney; the loving mother of John, Terry Clancy, |
| 16 | | and the late Mark; and the proud grandmother of Paul, John, |
| 17 | | Luke, Maureen Quinn, Ambassador "Bass", Monty, Shanice, and |
| 18 | | Tommy; therefore, be it

| 19 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL |
| 20 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her |
| 21 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Patricia A. Harney; |
