| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Joseph H. Warner of Rantoul, who passed |
| 4 | | away on December 1, 2013; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Warner was born on September 5, 1945 in |
| 6 | | Urbana; his parents were Harold and Justena (nee Glazik) |
| 7 | | Warner; he married Deborah Murray on November 30, 1991, at St. |
| 8 | | Malachy Catholic Church in Rantoul; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Warner was a hardworking businessman his |
| 10 | | entire life and was always very entrepreneurial-minded; he held |
| 11 | | business interests in numerous companies, including Warner |
| 12 | | Brothers Inc., Warner Farm Equipment, United Developers, |
| 13 | | Warner Brothers Welding, Phillips-Warner LLC, and Joe Warner |
| 14 | | Rentals; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Warner enjoyed fishing and trapshooting |
| 16 | | and had a large gun collection; he also enjoyed taking long |
| 17 | | drives in the country looking at the fields and checking the |
| 18 | | crops; and
|
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Warner is survived by his wife, Deborah; |
| 20 | | his daughters, Kristi (Mark) Pflugmacher and Kathy Warner |
| 21 | | McBride; his brothers, Albert (Joann) Warner, Phil (Janet) |
