SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  William Dean Ruyle of Benld, who passed 
4away on January 12, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, William Ruyle was born on August 24, 1935 in 
6Plainview; his parents were Howard Ruyle and Nina Lucille (nee 
7Manual) Ruyle; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, William Ruyle was a member of the Cement Masons 
9and Plasterers Local 90, where he was a concrete finisher; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, William Ruyle was a member of the Thursday Night 
11Poker Club; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, William Ruyle was preceded in death by his wife, 
13Barbara Ann Archer Ruyle; his parents; his grandchild, Jackie 
14Kaylor; his brother, Frank Ruyle; and his sisters, Maxine 
15Osborne and June Martin; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, William Ruyle is survived by his sons, Frank 
17(Nancy) Ruyle and Les (Kathy) Ruyle; his daughters, Judy (Jack) 
18Kaylor and Sherry (Larry) Ricchiardi; his special companion, 
19Rosemary Messner; his grandchildren, Zac Ruyle, Sara Ruyle, 
20Haley Ruyle, Mike Ruyle, Jamie Kaylor, Jeffrey Kaylor, Emily

1Ruppel, and Rachel Ricchiardi; his great-grandchildren, Kaylee 
2Cox, Preston Kaylor, and Jack W. Kaylor; and his brother, Kenny 
3(Annie) Ruyle; therefore, be it
  
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
6family and friends, mourn the passing of William Dean Ruyle; 
7and be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to the family of William Ruyle as an expression of 
10our sympathy.
