| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Joseph C. Storto, who passed away on |
| 4 | | August 24, 2013; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Storto was born on October 12, 1919; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Storto was a faithful and dedicated |
| 7 | | supporter of United Cerebral Palsy Seguin of Greater Chicago |
| 8 | | and sponsored many activities for the organization, including |
| 9 | | the Seguin Services Golf Classic, which was renamed the Joe |
| 10 | | Storto Memorial Golf Classic in honor of his work; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Storto was the beloved husband of Mary |
| 12 | | Patricia (Pat) Storto; the loving father of Joseph Michael |
| 13 | | (Susan) Storto, Rick Storto, Kathy (Tom) Downing, Sister Evie |
| 14 | | Storto OP, Judy (Johann) Escamilla, and the late Tricia Storto; |
| 15 | | the cherished grandfather of Amy and Jared Downing and Sarah |
| 16 | | Storto; the dear brother of Jo (the late Frank) Mago, Louis |
| 17 | | (Evelyn) Storto, Don (the late Claire) Storto, and the late |
| 18 | | Marie (the late Larry) Griffin; and the fond uncle and friend |
