| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Samuel Carl Nasello, who passed away on |
| 4 | | November 2, 2013; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Samuel Nasello was born on May 14, 1940 in Alton; |
| 6 | | his parents were Tony and Rita (nee Finn) Nasello; he married |
| 7 | | Millie A. Broadway on May 20, 1961 in Alton; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Samuel Nasello was employed at Laclede Steel in |
| 9 | | Alton for several years; he was also the owner and operator of |
| 10 | | the Red Baron Restaurant in Bethalto for 8 years and a salesman |
| 11 | | for Sears at Jamestown Mall in St. Louis for 10 years until his |
| 12 | | retirement in 2006; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Samuel Nasello was preceded in death by his |
| 14 | | brothers, Tony, Joe, and Pete Nasello, and his great-grandson, |
| 15 | | Noah Timmins; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Samuel Nasello is survived by his wife, Millie; |
| 17 | | his daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa and Lorin Smith, Carla |
| 18 | | and Jimmy Guthrie, and Sami and Jon Brenner; his grandchildren, |
| 19 | | Lorin and Jill Smith, Jeni and Josh Timmins, Kati and Kyle |
| 20 | | Crawford, James Guthrie, Jr., Evan Smith, Rhett Smith, Emma |
