SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Beth Ann Klyczek of Crystal Lake, who 
4passed away on October 11, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek was born on April 23, 1966 in Des 
6Plaines; her parents were David and Elizabeth Grant; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek graduated from Northern Illinois 
8University in 1989; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek was employed as Vice 
10President/Market Manager at Inland Bank in Lake Zurich and 
11Hawthorne Woods; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek served as the President of the 
13Hawthorne Woods Woman's Club and as an Ambassador for the Lake 
14Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce; she was also a member of the 
15Lake Zurich Rotary Club and the Lake Zurich High School 
16Advisory Council; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek was preceded in death by her 
18father-in-law, Eugene Klyczek, and her sister-in-law, Theresa 
19Grant; and

1    WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek is survived by her loving husband 
2of 24 years, Gregory Klyczek; her children, Nathaniel Klyczek 
3and Abigail Klyczek; her brothers, Charles Grant and David 
4Grant; her sister, Mary (George) Dorian; her brothers-in-law, 
5Jeffrey (Janyce) Klyczek, Christopher (Kathleen) Klyczek, and 
6Kevin Klyczek; her parents, David and Elizabeth Grant; her 
7mother-in-law, Colette Klyczek; and her many nieces, nephews, 
8and cousins; therefore, be it
  
 
9    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
10ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
11family and friends, mourn the passing of Beth Ann Klyczek; and 
12be it further
  
 
13    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
14presented to the family of Beth Ann Klyczek as an expression of 
15our sympathy.
