SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Teresa J. Mazza, who passed away on 
4September 25, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Teresa Mazza was born in Libby; she married David 
6Mazza on October 8, 1988; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Teresa Mazza graduated from Libby High School in 
81983; she later earned her Bachelor's Degree from Rocky 
9Mountain College in Billings, Montana; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Teresa Mazza was employed at the YKK zipper 
11company for many years; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Teresa Mazza enjoyed traveling, participating in 
13church activities, and watching her sons' swimming and diving 
14competitions; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Teresa Mazza is preceded in death by her mother, 
16Linda (nee Clawson) Carr; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Teresa Mazza is survived by her father, Delbert 
18(Kathy Drake) Carr; her sons, Daniel Dean Mazza and Robert 
19Kaylor Mazza; her sisters, Penny (Frank) Kyes and Wendy (Joe)

1Chopyak; and her many nephews and nieces; therefore, be it
  
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
4family and friends, mourn the passing of Teresa J. Mazza; and 
5be it further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to the family of Teresa Mazza as an expression of our 
8sympathy.
