SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Adeline Wozniak, who passed away on June 
46, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Adeline Wozniak was born on November 20, 1924; she 
6graduated from Holy Rosary School and Waukegan Township High 
7School; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Adeline Wozniak was employed by the U.S. Steel 
9Corporation for many years; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Adeline Wozniak was a lifelong member of Holy 
11Rosary (Queen of Peace) Church, where she was a member of the 
12Ladies Rosary Sodality and Past President of the St. 
13Elizabeth's Club; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Adeline Wozniak enjoyed baking, bowling, and 
15knitting and crocheting items for her family and friends; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Adeline Wozniak was preceded in death by her 
17husband and love of her life, Edward "Bush" Wozniak; her 
18parents, Paul and Anna Rygiel; her brothers, Paul, Joseph, and 
19Edward (Weaser) Rygiel; and her sister, Tillie Beres; and

1    WHEREAS, Adeline Wozniak was the sister of Millie (Wally) 
2Macrowski, John (Betty) Rygiel, and Mary Ann (Frank) Kaucic; 
3the dear godmother of Paul Beres and Michael Rygiel; and the 
4beloved aunt of numerous nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
  
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
7her family and friends, the passing of Adeline Wozniak; and be 
8it further
  
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
10presented to the family of Adeline Wozniak as an expression of 
11our sympathy.
