SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Michael T. Lock, who passed away on June 
45, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Michael Lock was born on July 24, 1965, in Canton; 
6his parents were Howard W. and Sue Ann Lock; he married Cindy 
7M. Lingenfelter on November 22, 1991, in Lewistown; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Michael Lock was employed as a supervisor for 
9Kitchen Cooked; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Michael Lock enjoyed life, riding his Harley, 
11hunting, fishing, the outdoors, and being surrounded by his 
12loving family; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Michael Lock was preceded in death by his good 
14friend, Bob Emery; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Michael Lock is survived by his parents; his 
16daughters, Taylor M. Lock and Katie E. King; his sister, Amy 
17(Joel) Picton; his niece and nephew, Tory and Tanner Picton; 
18and his beloved dogs, Rocky, Ruby, and Cooper; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
2his family and friends, the passing of Michael T. Lock; and be

5presented to the family of Michael Lock as an expression of our 
6sympathy.
