SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of John S. Stokowski of Peoria, who passed 
4away on May 23, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, John Stokowski was born on July 23, 1953, in 
6Peoria to John E. and Virginia (Nader) Stokowski; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, John Stokowski worked as the program director for 
8CityLink for 28 years; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, John Stokowski was a member of the Peoria North 
10Rotary; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, John Stokowski was preceded in death by his 
12father, John; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, John Stokowski is survived by his mother, 
14Virginia; his brothers, Joe (Joan) Stokowski and Jeff (Chris) 
15Stokowski; his nephews, Shane and Patrick; his niece, Sheila; 
16and his cousin and close friend, Jerry Stokowski; therefore, be

18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
