| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Frank Hnilo, who passed away on April 13, |
| 4 | | 2013; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Frank Hnilo earned his bachelor's degree in |
| 6 | | business/accounting emphasis from Roosevelt University; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Frank Hnilo served as a certified public |
| 8 | | accountant and a certified divorce financial analyst since |
| 9 | | 1968; in 1974, he co-founded DiGiovine Hnilo Jordan + Johnson |
| 10 | | Ltd., a CPA/business consulting firm; he began serving as the |
| 11 | | firm's president and managing principal in July of 1992; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Frank Hnilo was an active member of the Rotary |
| 13 | | Club of Naperville since 1976; he was a member of many |
| 14 | | professional associations, boards, and not-for-profits, |
| 15 | | including the AICPA, the Illinois CPA Society, the Financial |
| 16 | | Planning Association, the Tax and Personal Financial Planning |
| 17 | | Divisions of AICPA, and the Institute for Certified Divorce |
| 18 | | Financial Analysts; he was also a past treasurer of the |
| 19 | | Association of Divorce Financial Professionals, a past |
| 20 | | president of the Rotary Club of Naperville, a past treasurer of |
| 21 | | Naperville Rotary Charities, and a past treasurer of the |
| 22 | | Naperville Education Foundation; therefore, be it
