| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Lorene Page, who passed away on April 9, |
| 4 | | 2013; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Lorene Page was born January 9, 1919, in Benton; |
| 6 | | her parents were William C. Hobbs and Allie Hobbs; she married |
| 7 | | John D. Page on December 24, 1937; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Lorene Page served as a secretary with the |
| 9 | | Franklin County Farm Bureau until her retirement; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Lorene Page was a member of Mount Zion Freewill |
| 11 | | Baptist Church; she also attended Immanuel Baptist Church in |
| 12 | | Benton; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Lorene Page enjoyed spending time with her |
| 14 | | grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and |
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Lorene Page was preceded in death by her parents; |
| 16 | | her husband, John; and her brother, Bill Hobbs; and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Lorene Page is survived by her sons, James (Vicki) |
| 18 | | Page and John (Mary) Page; her grandchildren, Chelsea (Dusty) |
| 19 | | Crisp, Courtney (Josh) Chady, Randy (Rachel) Page, and Julie |
