SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Dorothy H. Lindeman of Vernon Hills, who 
4passed away on January 17, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Dorothy Lindeman was born on December 16, 1907, in 
6Chicago; she was a former resident of Waukegan and North 
7Chicago and lived in Vernon Hills for the past 10 years; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Dorothy Lindeman was a member of St. Mary of 
9Vernon Parish; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Dorothy Lindeman enjoyed playing the piano, 
11crafts, and traveling the world; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Dorothy Lindeman was preceded in death by her 
13daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy Ann and Fred Louis, and her 11 
14brothers and sisters, including Lauretta Simpson; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Dorothy Lindeman is survived by her son, T. Larry 
16Lindeman; her grandchildren, Lauri Holtzman, Frank (Kathy) 
17Louis, Margaret Louis, Carolyn Louis, and Paul (Bethany) Louis; 
18her great-grandchildren, Dr. Rebecca Holtzman, Sarah Holtzman, 
19and Jonathan, Sydney, and Kaelyn Louis; and her many nieces and 
20nephews; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3her family and friends, the passing of Dorothy H. Lindeman; and 
4be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Dorothy Lindeman as an expression of 
7our sympathy.
