SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Patrick F. Vonnahman of Alton, who passed 
4away on January 2, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Patrick Vonnahman was born on December 21, 1949, 
6in Grand Rapids, Michigan; his parents were Dr. Francis H. 
7"Frank" Vonnahman and Patricia A. Vonnahman; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Patrick Vonnahman earned a degree in fine arts 
9from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Patrick Vonnahman served his country with pride as 
11a member of the United States Army for 2 years; he was also an 
12Eagle Scout; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Patrick Vonnahman had worked at Alton Memorial 
14Hospital and the Alton Dental Lab; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Patrick Vonnahman was preceded in death by his 
16mother; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Patrick Vonnahman is survived by his father; his 
18brother, Michael H. Vonnahman; his sister, Barbara Ann Moore 
19(Richard); and his nephew, Tyler Vonnahman; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3his family and friends, the passing of Patrick F. Vonnahman; 
4and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Patrick Vonnahman as an expression 
7of our sympathy.
