SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Mark Koziol, formerly of Waukegan, who 
4passed away on October 10, 2012; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Mark Koziol was born on September 29, 1961, in 
6Waukegan; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Mark Koziol was preceded in death by his father, 
8John Koziol; his maternal grandparents, Phyllis and Lawrence 
9Lindquist; his paternal grandparents, John Koziol Sr. and 
10Catherine Davis; his uncle, Robert Epker; and his cousin, 
11Daniel Epker; and

  
 
12    WHEREAS, Mark Koziol is survived by his mother, Sally 
13Koziol; his sisters, Kim Massimo, Tami Ochoa, and Debbie 
14(Chuck) Shields; his uncles, Walter (Fran) Koziol and John 
15(Sharon) Lindquist; his aunt, Susan Epker; and his many nieces, 
16nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
19his family and friends, the passing of Mark Koziol; and be it
