| 4 | | 2, on page 14, line 26, after the period, by inserting "Within |
| 5 | | 7 days after the receipt of the panel by the non-participating |
| 6 | | party and upon filing a written request with the Board, the |
| 7 | | non-participating party shall receive a one-time 7-day |
| 8 | | extension for the period within which to participate in the |
| 9 | | selection process. This extension takes effect during the |
| 10 | | initial 7-day period to select a neutral chairman and shall |
| 11 | | toll the running of that 7-day period. If, after the expiration |
| 12 | | of the initial 7-day period and the 7-day extension, the |
| 13 | | non-participating party does not participate in the selection |
| 14 | | process, the Board shall appoint as the neutral chairman the |
| 15 | | arbitrator from the panel chosen solely by the party who |
| 16 | | participated in a timely selection.".
