| 3 | | replacing lines 15 through 18 with the following: |

| 5 | | submitted to the Illinois State Police until the completion |
| 6 | | of the analysis of the submitted evidence."; and

| 7 | | on page 3, by inserting immediately below line 7 the following: |
| 8 | | ""Sexual assault evidence" has the meaning as ascribed |
| 9 | | to it in Section 5 of the Sexual Assault Evidence |
| 10 | | Submission Act.".
